Order checks

Kakobuy spreadsheet QC checklist

A practical inspection checklist for your own warehouse order, with clear limits on what spreadsheet images can prove.

A readable link and a clear photograph do not certify authenticity, safety, materials or future seller performance.

Start with the order, not the photograph

Match the warehouse item reference to your order. Check the selected colour, style, quantity and size against your saved listing. Several nearly identical variants can share a seller page, so do not rely on the product name alone.

Inspect the useful details

Look at the front, back, seams, fastenings, labels and any visible damage. Ask for close-ups of uncertain areas. For shoes, check that the pair is consistent and that the labelled size matches the option ordered. A small image on a spreadsheet cannot replace this review.

Ask for measurements when fit matters

Compare garment measurements to a well-fitting item from your wardrobe. Check where the tape begins and whether the fabric is stretched. A measurement photograph with a hidden edge is weak evidence; request a clearer image while the item is still at the warehouse.

Know what photos cannot establish

Images do not establish chemical safety, electrical compliance, intellectual-property permission or long-term durability. For regulated or safety-sensitive products, ask for the relevant documentation rather than treating a QC label as certification. Branded listing names are seller descriptions, not authentication by this website.

Resolve problems before international dispatch

If something looks wrong, send a precise message identifying the order and the requested action. Keep the response and check the seller’s return window. Once an international parcel has left the warehouse, the available options and costs can change substantially.

Questions about warehouse photos

Does a green inspection mat prove that QC passed?

The background identifies a photo setting, not the result of an inspection. Match the image to your warehouse item and inspect the relevant details. Our public examples come from a separate archive set; their source and display edits are identified on the photo page.

What makes a measurement photo useful?

Name the dimension you need, such as flat chest width or body length. Ask for the item laid consistently and a tape with its zero and both endpoints visible. Compare that dimension with the seller chart and a garment you own, using the same measurement method.

Can QC photos establish authenticity or product safety?

Photographs can document visible features and apparent damage. They cannot establish material chemistry, electrical compliance, ownership rights or long-term durability. Resolve a specific visible mismatch through the official order, and request relevant documentation when a product’s suitability depends on it.
