Using the spreadsheet

Know where a listing leads, what was checked and how to keep a useful shortlist.

What is the Kakobuy spreadsheet?

It is an independent directory of seller links and reference prices for people using Kakobuy. This European edition shows a curated selection from our full spreadsheet. The counts here describe only this selection; the full spreadsheet offers more listing options. Compare entries here, then confirm the seller, variant and current price on the official platform. Purchases, payments and shipments take place on Kakobuy; this website provides the shortlist and buying guidance.

Is kakobuy.eu the official Kakobuy website?

kakobuy.eu is an independent European-focused guide. Kakobuy operates its own platform at kakobuy.com. Our .eu domain, blue-and-gold design and star-ring logo express a European focus; they do not indicate approval by Kakobuy or an EU institution.

What does a checked spreadsheet entry mean?

The import checks the entry structure: a readable source page, image, reference price and Kakobuy link containing the seller URL. Later link reviews state their actual scope and date. These checks help identify usable references; they do not establish current stock, seller reliability, authenticity or product safety.

What does the spreadsheet update date tell me?

It records the last successful import that changed the catalog. A page update or link review is recorded separately, so a newer guide date does not mean every item price was refreshed. Confirm the exact variant and live seller price on Kakobuy before paying.

Can I save a shortlist without an account?

Yes. Use the bookmark on a card to save the entry in this browser. Your shortlist stays in local browser storage and can be exported or removed. It does not reserve stock, create an order or synchronise with a Kakobuy account; clearing browser data can remove it.

Prices & payments

Separate the reference item price from conversion, parcel charges and the final amount you pay.

How are CNY prices converted to euros?

The EUR amount is an estimate using the displayed ECB reference snapshot: divide the CNY price by the saved CNY-per-euro rate. Your payment provider can use a different rate and charge fees. Check the reference date beside prices and use your actual quoted rate in the budget worksheet.

What costs are outside the spreadsheet price?

The displayed amount is a reference item price. The chosen variant, domestic postage, payment conversion, international delivery, optional packing services and import-related charges can change the total. Check the item checkout first, then the complete parcel quote for your country before approving shipment.

Why are there two payment stages?

The first stage covers buying the item and any domestic delivery to the warehouse. The international parcel is arranged later, when the stored goods and their packed size can be assessed. Plan for both stages before placing the order, and keep optional services and import charges visible in your budget.

Which payment methods does Kakobuy list?

Kakobuy help lists account balance, PayPal, Alipay and WeChat Pay, and describes international card top-ups through PayPal-supported cards. The methods, currencies and fees offered depend on your live official payment screen. This website does not take payment.

QC & sizing

Use evidence for your own order and compare measurements before international dispatch.

Are the photos here QC for my own order?

The card images and public warehouse examples are references from other listings or orders. Your own QC photos must match the warehouse reference, selected size, colour and quantity in your account. Check that record before approving shipping. The public photo page links to the original source and identifies the images as general reading references.

Which extra photos should I request?

Ask for the detail that resolves your uncertainty: a full front or back view, a label, a close-up of visible damage, or a tape measurement along a named dimension. For measurements, both endpoints and the zero mark should be visible. Confirm any extra-photo service and charge in the official order flow.

Should I choose my usual European size?

Compare the exact seller chart with a similar garment that already fits you. A familiar size letter or EU label can represent different dimensions across listings. Keep units in centimetres, distinguish flat widths from circumferences, and request warehouse measurements when the chart leaves a meaningful uncertainty.

Shipping & returns

Use your actual destination and order stage when checking routes, charges and remedies.

Can I use the same route as another European buyer?

Check availability with your actual country, postcode, item types and packed parcel details. A route available to another buyer may have different restrictions or prices for your destination. The EU, Europe and the euro area are different scopes; a route name alone does not establish the terms for your address.

Does a tax-free route mean no import charges?

A route name is a service description, not a customs exemption. Ask for written terms explaining who handles VAT, customs duty and carrier charges for your destination and goods. Current EU guidance separates the temporary low-value customs duty from other charges; keep those components separate when comparing quotes.

What should I do if an item looks wrong?

Raise the issue through your official Kakobuy order before approving international shipment. Identify the order, the mismatch and the action you want; attach the relevant option, chart or warehouse photo. Confirm seller approval, the remaining return window and any return costs. A seller refund and a withdrawal from agent balance are separate processes.
