What our spreadsheet checks mean

Our import checklist

1. The source entry page responds successfully.
2. The entry has a readable title and a source-listed CNY price.
3. The entry has a downloadable image.
4. The Kakobuy link contains a readable original seller URL.
5. The entry is assigned to a category and given an import date.

What is not verified

We have not test-purchased these items or established current stock, seller reliability, authenticity, material claims, product safety or EU compliance. A successful source-page request does not prove that a seller will fulfil a later order. Product names reproduce listing identifiers rather than authenticated brand claims.

Images and QC

Images come with the imported entry. They may show a seller sample or another buyer’s inspection. We do not apply a universal “QC verified” label. Always inspect your own warehouse photos and request the measurements or documentation you need.

Three dates with different meanings

Spreadsheet updated

The most recent successful import that changed the catalog content.

Entry imported

The import event for that entry’s current title, reference price, category and source link.

Site updated

The documented website maintenance month in the footer. It does not mean every product was rechecked.

How we use official and community sources

Platform processes and listed payment methods are checked against Kakobuy help. EU rules use EU institutional sources. Community posts can reveal useful questions, but they do not establish official policy or a guaranteed outcome. Source links appear in the relevant guide.

Suggesting a correction

Use “Suggest a correction” on an entry to send an issue with its link, price, image or category to this website. A suggestion is received only when the form returns a reference number. Submissions are kept in a private review queue and do not automatically change an entry. The separate copy button still copies locally without submitting. See the dated technical link review.
